Honestly, how can you not ship Phryne and Jack?
I know it’s not in the books but oh, how wonderful a pairing are they not in the tv-series? He quoted Anthony and Cleopatra to her ages ago, and now they go to a masquerade she dresses up as Cleopatra and chooses a Roman soldier costume for him? And tells him he would make a passable Marc Anthony? Seriously, how can you not ship that, apart from all their other shippy moments??

And I told a friend of mine that I had. And she said “Why? There are so many more worthwhile shows. Doctor Who isn’t any good.”
