At first I thought: “Doctor, if you hate apples, why do you eat them?”
Then I realised that maybe Amy had carved faces on his apples for him to make him like them, just as her mother had for her? Yes?

Sorry, but I have had far too much fun listening to this today not to post it.
“Oh my God he’s wearing a fez” was probably my favourite bit, haha.
Now I’m just waiting for someone to make a nice gifset comparing River giving Amy an injection in ToA saying that it wouldn’t hurt and then adding “see, I lied” to Rory giving Brian one and saying essentially the same thing in tonight’s episode.
“I’ve spent enough time with the Doctor to know that whenever you enter somewhere new, press buttons.”
“What else have you learned from him?”
Rose (Little Red Riding Hood), wandering the forest looking for a wolf. Not knowing how connected they truly are to each other.
Martha (Dorothy from Oz), transported away in a building in a storm. Returned home to her family. Having seen the Wizard for who he truly is.
Donna (Alice in Wonderland), tumbled into another world. Refusing to hold her tongue. But it was probably all a dream anyways.
Amy (Wendy Darling), flew away with her imaginary friend. Not wanting to face the next day. Not wanting to grow up.It’s like fairytale assistants…
I think I should be next.
